Phase 1: September 1, 2026
  • Mandatory Reception: All companies, including SMEs and Micro-businesses, must be able to receive electronic invoices through the official network.
  • Mandatory Issuance: Obligation for Large Corporations and Mid-caps (ETI) to begin issuing their invoices electronically.
Phase 2: September 1, 2027
  • Full Mandatory Issuance: The obligation to issue electronic invoices extends to all SMEs and Micro-businesses.
